All breads are baked in our bakery at Amager, Copenhagen with a focus on ecology and an uncompromising focus on craftsmanship, time and raw materials.

The craft lies in the care of the live sourdoughs, the handling of the various doughs and recipes, the long fermentation, the hand-shaped loaves and, not least, the hand-held handling of the loaves in the stone oven.
