Every day, we bake organic quality bread at our bakery on Amager in Copenhagen, where the love of craftsmanship and respect for honest ingredients can be tasted in every single product.


Crispy crust, pure organic ingredients, sourdough, long proofing times, proud craftsmanship, and rich flavor. At Jalm&B, we do everything for the sake of taste. Our most important ingredient is time, because good flavor cannot be rushed. Whether it's time spent seeking the perfect texture, time for long-term proofing of the dough to achieve a deeper flavor, or time to make everything from scratch as authentic craftsmanship demands.
