Our main ingredient is time, as the good taste cannot be accelerated. Whether it is time for the search for the perfect texture, time for long-term raising of the dough to achieve a deeper flavor, or time to make everything from scratch as authentic craftsmanship requires.
The starting point is rooted in Italian and Nordic craft and baking traditions, but the roots are Danish. Every day we bake quality bread from our bakery in Amager, Copenhagen for foodservice and retail.
