A burger bun that, like its fellow burger buns, is organic and baked in Copenhagen. This burger variant is baked in a mold to achieve its unique mushroom shape. We've blended a combination of potato pieces and buttermilk from Thise Dairy into the dough – for the softest, juiciest crumb and a balanced blend of acidity, salt, and sweetness.
