We've blended a combination of potato pieces and buttermilk from Thise Dairy into the dough – for the softest, juiciest crumb and a balanced blend of acidity, salt, and sweetness.

Once thawed, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan-assisted for about 3-4 minutes, or lightly grill on both sides. For an extra delicious result, you can fry the bun on the cut side for a couple of minutes in butter on a pan.
