Ingredienser

• 2 slices Jalm&b Artisan sourdough bread

• 150-200 g pastrami, sliced very thinly

• Coarse grain mustard or Dijon mustard

• Gherkins (pickles)

Fremgangsmåde

1. Briefly steam the pastrami slices in a covered pan with a little water, or gently heat them in the oven wrapped in foil.

2. Lightly toast the bread slices in a pan with a little butter.

Assembly

1. Spread a generous layer of mustard on both slices of bread.

2. Fold the pastrami slices in layers on the bread to create height and texture.

3. Fill with sliced gherkins.

4. Top with the other slice of bread and cut the sandwich diagonally.
