Ingredienser

  • 1 pc. Jalm&B Artisan bread
  • 5 dl drained Greek yogurt (place the yogurt in a cloth and put it in a sieve for a couple of hours)
  • 1 red onion
  • A large handful of herbs: dill, cilantro, parsley, lovage
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Clarified butter
  • Piment D’Espelette
  • Salt and pepper

Fremgangsmåde

1. Finely chop the red onion and herbs.

2. Fold into the yogurt and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Piment d’Espelette.

3. Heat a splash of oil in a pan and toast the mustard seeds and curry leaves until crispy.

4. Then place them on a piece of paper towel.

5. Spread a generous dollop of yogurt between two slices of Artisan bread and add a good spoonful of clarified butter to the pan.

6. Fry the sandwich until crispy and serve with the crispy curry leaves and mustard seeds.
