Ingredienser

  • 2 pcs. Jalm&B Potato Buttermilk burger bun
  • butter for frying
  • 2 ripe plum tomatoes
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce (you can also use romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 6-8 slices of bacon (preferably dry-cured or another good quality one from your local butcher) 
  • Mayo (homemade - if you're in the mood)

Fremgangsmåde

Bacon

1. Fry the bacon in a pan until it's as crispy as you like it.

2. Transfer to paper towels and drain off excess fat.

Greens

1. Slice tomatoes and wash lettuce.

Burger

1. Slice the burger buns in half and toast the cut sides in a pan with sizzling butter for a couple of minutes. (Can also be warmed in the oven)

2. Spread mayonnaise on the bun and fill with tomato slices, crispy lettuce, and plenty of bacon.

As simple as it gets – enjoy your meal!
