Fremgangsmåde
1. Spread ricotta and mozzarella on the pizza base.
2. Bake the pizza at 250 °C for 4 minutes.
3. Blend the pesto ingredients, or chop them together to a coarse consistency.
4. After baking, place the mortadella slices on the pizza.
5. Sprinkle the roasted pistachios and spread some of the coarse pesto on top.
Serve immediately!
