Artisan rolls are like our Artisan bread fermented on sourdough and pre-ferment for up to 24 hours. The roll has a rich acidity, a chewy and moist crumb, and a distinctive taste of Øland wheat from Samsø. The roll is a winner at the breakfast table, but also try it as a sandwich roll for a classic pork roast sandwich.

Thaw. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C fan for 6-8 min.
