Quadra Rye bread

Quadra Rye bread is an organic, hand-shaped sourdough sandwich baked with whole cooked rye kernels as well as Italian rye and wheat flour. We use three different sourdoughs and three different kinds of malt for the dough. The dough is fermented for a long time to achieve the desired depth of taste and a juicy crumb.
