A completely dark rye bread with character from dark roasted barley malt and dark malt syrup. A bread containing both dark taste, sweetness and bitterness, juicy crumb, bite from rye kernels and a mild nutty taste from sunflower and pumpkin seeds. The cutting surface is a play of colors between the dark dough and the bright flash of sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
