Artisan Sesame Roll, a light roll topped with sesame seeds, is made from delicate dough that requires hand-cutting to give the bread its distinctive flavor and texture. An organic roll baked following the principles of micro-bakeries, where the dough rises with sourdough and cold fermentation for 24 hours. The flour is Nordic, the dough is hand-cut into rolls, and baked at 300 degrees Celsius. The sesame roll has a moist crumb and a balanced acidity from the lactic acid in the sourdough.

Defrost. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 200°C for 8-9 minutes.
