Jalm&B have – as we continuously do with our existing bread and buns – optimized the award-winning brioche dough in a way that our burger buns and hot dog bread will carry an even better quality. We have adjusted the recipe while still using the same good organic products including loads of good butter from Thise, but also optimized everything including kneading, adjusting of ovens and packaging. This have led to a range of brioche products which have a softer consistency compared to the previous burger buns and hot dog bread.
