Quadra Nera

Quadra Nera is an organic, hand-shaped sourdough sandwich baked with Italian tipo 00 wheat flour and Sicilian durum flour. The sourdough is mixed with flour, two kinds of malt and flaxseed, which together with the long fermentation time results in a sandwich with a dark depth in taste, from sweet to bitter, and a moist crumb.
