Potato Buttermilk Bun is an organic burger bun baked in Copenhagen. This burger bun is baked in a form for it's unique mushroom shape. In the dough we've mixed a combination of potato pieces and buttermilk from Thise Dairy - for the softest, most juicy crumb and perfect balance between acidity, savoryness and sweetness.
