Brioche slider
jalmbOur soft brioche bun in a slider version. Baked with organic butter from cows on grass and eggs from free-range chickens. The combination of the soft and slightly sweet brioche togehter with salt, acid and umami from the burger filling is a serious bet on the perfect burger.
