TV2 BEST IN TEST – Il Fornaio Garlic Bread
TV2 ‘Go’ Morgen Danmark’ (Good Morning Denmark) have made several tests on popular products during the summer – here amongst Il Fornaio’s Sourdough Garlic Bread with butter developed in collaboration with Thise Dairy – and it won!
Il Fornaio’s garlic bread is baked with whole wheat rye- and wheat sourdough and our very unique Italian tipo 0 wheat flour. The butter is organic, naturally, and produced for Il Fornaio by the gifted people from Thise Dairy.

TEST WINNER: Il Fornaio Organic Garlic Bread.
‘Great parsley flavour, high intensity and great garlic notes, lovely butter flavour with a hint of salt. Further more the bread is delicious with sourdough notes. Absolutely a test winner’, says Michael René.

‘It has a good balance with garlic, and you don’t get smashed in the mouth as you do sometimes with garlic bread’, says Michael Museth.
