The Burger – Perhaps the best in the world

Partnerships have always been a part of the foundtation at Foodpeople. Through partnerships we experience that we are pushed to deliver our very best work alongside experiencing growth and getting inspirered by likeminded passionate people.

The first year of Covid-19 has been a turbulent year for us all. None the less we have engaged in many new and exciting partnerships envolving craftmanship, sustainability, ingredients and some of the most amazing dining excperiences.

We’ll soon be ready to share the launch of the new Jalm&B ‘Genbrød’ which contains upcyled ingredients from our very new partnerships with Frankly Juice and the organic mozzarella manufacturer La Treccia.

We’ve also engaged in a partnership with Popl. The bar is set high and the craftmanship unsurpassed when we bake the bun for, what just might be, the best burger in the world.

The recipe on the burger bun is originally developed by Richard Hart from Hart Bakery and it has been both challenging and exciting to further evolve the recipe to organic ingredience only together with Richard and the talented chefs from team Popl. For obvious reasons the recipe is totally top secret and we bake this burger bun exclusively for Popl.

We highly recommend a visit to Popl to have a taste on the burger.
