Organic Danish pastries

Jalm&B’s Danish pastries are 100% organic. The flavours have been developed after the season by our own food missionaries and product developers, where the traditional combinations get a little twist. Our pastry dough is baked on Thise butter – with over 1/3 butter in the dough – and that is easy to both smell and taste. We have refined the craft’s processes and techniques to ensure the most crisp and juicy organic pastry.
