The buns play a big role in the dining and serving experience of a good burger, and therefore we have built up valuable competence, and in our view offers the best organic burger buns. The great brioche – the chewy Italian sourdough bun – the vegan burger bun – gluten free – and of course the soft American Potato Bun. Of course, the size is also important, and therefore we bake everything from sliders to large 80 g brioche burger buns.
