Softer brioche burger buns
Our bakers have worked hard optimizing the recipe on our Jalm&B brioche products, resulting in burgers that are softer than ever.
The Jalm&B burger buns are of course still organic, baked in Copenhagen, the wheat is still harvested in southern Sweden supplied to us by Skåne Møllen only 40 mins from our bakery, we are still only using the high quality butter from our friends at Thise Mejeri and the eggs are of course still organic and free range. We have achieved the higher level of softness using more butter and more egg-yokes. Our test winning brioche burger buns have simply become just that little bit better.
And this wont be the last time that we improve a recipe. It is in our nature to keep challenging – so that uncompromising quality really means quality of the highest standards.
