Artisan Sesam Buns
jalmbArtisan Sesame Bun is a light bun topped with sesame seeds. It is made from a gentle dough that requires hand-cutting to give the bread its characteristic flavor and structure. An organic bun baked according to the principles of micro-bakeries, where the dough rises on sourdough and is cold-raised for 24 hours. The flour is Nordic, the dough is hand-cut into buns and baked at 300 degrees. The sesame bun has a juicy crumb and balanced acidity from the lactic acid in the sourdough.
